I was born in Jacksonville, Florida. I grew up in Florida, where I attended high school in both Neptune Beach, FL and Coral Gables, FL. I lived on Key Biscayne for three years before moving back to Jacksonville to begin a business in landscaping and landscape maintenance. I was married in 1975 and moved to Gainesville, FL where I attended the University of Florida for undergraduate and law school. My wife and I moved to Boulder, CO in 1980 and have been here ever since, raising two daughters.

Preparation of wills with trusts, living trusts, family trusts, statutory beneficiary deeds, which deeds allow transfer of title at death, while taking full advantage of tax benefits

Pursuit of trustee misconduct, defense of trustee conduct, both cases involving sizeable estates, claims
Work With Me
My practice focuses on civil and probate matters. My practice also includes commercial business issues and construction issues for both the individual and for small and large businesses. Included in that practice, is assistance in recovery of construction debt using mechanic’s liens. Part of my practice includes a general civil practice of small business representation, real property transactions which include the buying and selling residential properties, and acquiring and sale of commercial properties. While I no longer am a practicing litigator, I have had 38 years of experience in complex litigation which helps me analyze matters and to know how to avoid legal disputes.
